**Paranormal Pathway Tables - Paradox Entertainment has created a "Paranormal Pathway" so that we can showcase Paranormal groups at Parafest 2013. SOLD OUT

**Vendor Booths - Please note that while paranormal groups are welcome to purchase a booth there will be an additional fee of $50 for those retailers paying by visa or mastercard as we want to reserve spaces for merchants selling goods. Paranormal groups must choose the "8 x 10' Non-Vendor Booth $200 USD" Option from the drop down menu. SOLD OUT

Vendor Information

• Dealer's tables/booths must be manned during the entire time that the dealer's room is open to the public.
• Any displays, merchandise racks, props, signs, or other free standing equipment must be contained within the vendors purchased space and may not be used to extend the vendor’s purchased space.
• No tables/spaces will be reserved by application alone, all payments must accompany application. Payments must be made in advance with our secure merchant processor.
• There is NO CHARGE for electricity but you must bring your own extension cords and/or other electrical supplies to connect to the convention supplied electrical source.
• Each vendor will receive TWO (2) event passes per vendor space purchased. For an additional $50 we can upgrade those passes to include all the amenities of the VIP Access passes. (NOT VIP Executive Access). If you require additional passes, passes can be purchased at the reduced rate of $75 each, limited at TWO (2). Same upgrade is available for these passes. These passes are for additional workers/group members, not for friends and family. 
• Free WiFi will be available.
• Vendor purchases are not refundable for any reason. Should you not be able to attend it is your responsibility to fill the space and notify Paradox Entertainment LLC of the changes. You may sell your space to another vendor if unable to attend.
• All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless all Paradox Entertainment members, workers and Hotel entities, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in Parafest 2013.
• Paradox Entertainment LLC in no way endorses any vendors/ exhibitor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Paradox Entertainment LLC or The Sands. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Paradox Entertainment or The Sands in any way, and Paradox Entertainment or The Sands is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises of the Sands Bethlehem Event Center during Parafest 2013.
• All merchandise sold by all vendors/exhibitors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.
• Paradox Entertainment reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic or extremely violent in nature to be exhibited or sold.  Keep in mind that this is a family event.
• Bring lots of merchandise!
